Adept Marketing Services Ltd is committed to the protection of our clients information and data at all times. 

We are committed to fulfill our compliance and legal obligations which are documented, reviewed and tested. 

When providing marketing services, we will sometimes be required to hold client information such as login details to websites, Google accounts etc. and which are held securely on our files for the duration of the service being provided, after which are then deleted from our records.

Management and employees of Adept Marketing Services Ltd will always comply with UK law, the latest GDPR regulations and related protocol. Employees of Adept Marketing Services Ltd are required to undertake GDPR awareness training. They are encouraged to provide suggestions and constructive criticism to improve our policies, processes and procedures. 

Customers are a key source of feedback related to our services and after sales service. This feedback is openly welcomed as it forms an important basis of continual improvement. We must therefore endeavor, to the best of our ability, to meet their requirements along with any other applicable requirements.
