Customer Brief
Genting UK is one of the UK’s largest leisure and entertainment businesses with 32 casinos located across the UK.
Adept Marketing Services was tasked with supporting the management team at Genting UK in conducting market research which would form the foundation of Genting Casino Wolverhampton’s marketing strategy moving forward.
What we did
Working as an effective team, Jon and Angie from Adept Marketing Services and the area management team at Genting UK, sat down to establish the objectives for the market research and the strategy we felt would best achieve the agreed goals.
We firstly created an online survey which was distributed to all active and previous members of the Casino in Wolverhampton to ask for their overall feedback. This, along with other second-party research proved an important first step.
Secondly, we created an online survey tailored to our target audience in the local area. The survey was promoted through a Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaign which generated a good number of survey responses, whilst carefully complying with the relevant laws and regulations, such as not targeting students or anyone aged 21 and under.
In addition, we collaborated with Wolverhampton City Council who provided invaluable support and data which helped us to complete our comprehensive market research.
The data collected from the various sources was analysed by Angie and Jon with the results documented into a formal written report.
The key findings were presented and discussed in person with the Genting UK management team in a PowerPoint presentation.
We are delighted that the market research achieved the set objectives and was delivered on time and in budget. Throughout the process we ensured we followed best practices and complied with relevant industry laws and regulations.
We look forward to seeing Genting Casino Wolverhampton succeed and grow.
